Season Opener Field Trip

We had a great time at the FLL season opener event at the Leonardo in SLC.  It was a reminder of how big this program is and what our team is a part of.  The kids had a great time exploring the museum and all the hands-on exhibits about science and art.  As a bonus, we talked on the drive up there about our project and came up with a great launching point to help with seniors staying physically fit.

And it begins!  We have a great group of 10 kids this year and I am excited for the opportunity to experience the FLL MAGIC with this group of WIZARDS!

For our first team meeting we did some team-building and brainstorming games.  They were very creative and worked well together.  They even came up with a few ideas for the crayon sorting activity that none of the groups of BYU students I've done it with ever came up with.
